Lover this series…. I would go with a full copper core spark plugs wires for these boosted applications…. and look for vacuum leaks with a smoke machine.

The Optispark was the main reason I sold my Camaro. I had to replace that with the pump 3x. I had enough, and the heat on the spark wires was one of my issues as well. Damn this car brought back some bad memories 😂
If you want to experiment with this car, I think I got a good suggestion on what to do. Convert this car to run on compressed natural gas and see if a boosted car like this can run on the 130 octane clean burning fuel
