Which shade of beige do you recommend for e39 sandbeige?

Do you see the shine on the leather in spots. It's because all auto leather is clear coated. So, it probably looks much more uneven in person. I would only recommend this when there is no other hope.

The results would be even better if you applied leather crack filler, sanded that down, and then used professional grade dye on top of that. The "body filler" stuff gives amazing results.

@LegitStreetCars how many Doc Bailey’s bottles used for your restoration project – seats, dash, doors, etc.
In truth – the door panels look awfully blotchy now on video. I’m wondering if just applying conditioner would have been better since nothing seemed cracked or excessively faded on those.

You need to use leather deglazer for best results, rubbing alcohol will ruin the leather
All rubbing alcohol is not the same. Isopropyl alcohol is all u want. Some are denatured with MEK and acetone
The problem with shoe shine is that it’ll paint your wet pants. So you can’t sit in those seats no more.
