Absolutely awesome video. Your video solved a big mystery for me. I bought a Chrysler Crossfire that had been converted to an SRT-6 supercharged engine. It has a heck of a rattle at idle but I couldn't figure where the rattle was coming from and suspected there might be something wrong with the supercharger. I ran a stethoscope all over the engine and couldn't hear anything, I changed the pulleys, water pump, and alternator and added a pulley saver kit from Needswings. The rattle is still there and then today I watch your video and you explained that is normal with a fixed pulley. My car is a 6-speed manual and when the conversion was done they must have programmed the SC pulley to be on all the time. Now it all makes sense and I know there is nothing wrong. You made my day!

Hi Alex. Do you have any problem with coolant in your oil on this car? I have a CL55 AMG with that problem.
I have the small pully now, but not fixed. My fear with the fixed pulley has more to do with charge air temps and heat soak not being accounted for by the wastegate (I don't think?).. So if I have too hot of air getting rammed in there, couldn't it blow my engine? Besides having an AF meter, which would warm me too late.. what other protection do i have?
Oh.. lastly my moms been the only owner in its life.. never had an accident and the car has always lived in Southern California.. non smoker but the car will smoke anything next to it at a red light
has anyone run into issues installing a 92mm throttle body? Seems most posts are just describing the great benefits of the larger throttle body? What about the downside? Driveability, Reliability and anything else to watch out for when installing this? Any videos on that pitfalls and solutions to get past them for larger throttle bodies?
