My 1999 Chevy Corvette sat outside for the last 8 years and was in terrible cosmetic condition so I took 30 hours to restore it. In this video, you'll learn how I performed a 2-step paint correction and how to apply ceramic coating to every exterior surface of any car. I also install some new C6 Corvette wheels which look awesome on the C5, and we restore all the black plastic trim using two different products. Money and time well spent, sweet car – the C5 is hands down the best looking of the LS vettes imo, they’ve aged really well. I’m saving now for a C5 6-speed coupe – hopefully Torch Red but I love the Millenium Red on yours too. Nice work 👏
Would there be any way you could fix the sound the doors make when you close them? The sound like a bucket of bolts just got knocked over? I'm not sure but this happens to a lot of corvettes and since you had the panel off I just thought that would be the time to do it.

One more thing I forgot to add. I saw a brand new C8 Z06 at a local car meet a couple of days ago. Beautiful car but in talking with the new owner (that also had his wife's heavily modified C7 at the meet too), he was proud to disclose that he had just dropped $250K on it. It's crazy that to think that relatively speaking from a performance standpoint that it would be considered a deal against it's current contemporaries. But I submit, I would be nearly as proud to show up in a C5 that looks as good as the one here and would have conservatively saved roughly $235K. I'm just saying!!!
