We all need bigger turbos in our lives so I installed one, on my 40 MPG daily driver Turbo Diesel Mercedes. I plan on making big power with this car while keeping it 100% reliable and fuel efficient and this turbo is the key. I have Big plans for the 2005 E320 CDI so make sure to stay until the end to find out what is coming up next!
Big Price Update on the turbo. A few days after I put out this video Darkside reached out to inform me that the turbo would cost about double the price they had originally planned for and posted on their site. At the time of making this video, and for a few days after it came out the price was indeed $600. It is currently $1,150. I do not work for Darkside (obviously) and have nothing to do with pricing and this was a surprise to me too. They explained that there was an error when pricing out parts and production cost and it wouldn't be possible to sell them for $600 any longer. Sorry for the confusion and I'll keep everyone updated if the price changes.
This turbo fits many other turbo diesel Mercedes and they are listed on the Darkside Development’s link below. If you order a turbo make sure to send me an email. I'd love to hear what else you're doing and share build ideas and strategy. Legitstreetcars @gmail.com

Did the American E320 ever have the SBC “ BREAK” system

Shame Darkside doesn’t do this anymore.

Check out Darkside developments on YouTube. Diesel tuning specialist in UK, manufacture their own parts, successfully race their own cars at the weekend. Might be an eye opener for North Americans where diesel cars aren't as popular.

Hi Alex, my turbo went out and I'm considering doing what you have done to your E320 I have a 2006 model and wanted to ask if you still recommend the upgrade or if I should stick to OEM.
