My cheap Turbo Diesel Mercedes was delivered to me with a few issues. One major problem was that it didn't produce any boost pressure. In this video, we start to fix up the 2005 E320 CDI and I restore all 17 psi of boost with about 10 minutes of work and for basically no money. I also found some more interesting paperwork in the car. This time it made me think that maybe this car was so cheap because it needed a new turbo. Next video we are adding, even more, boost with a custom tune!

Codes to look out for are any that have to do with the position sensor faults with the M55 inlet port shutoff motor. I was getting a 2513-1 on my Launch scanner.

This hack didn't work. I think the flaps are still closed.

I did the same for boost pressure on my E320 2007. Now I have the same problem on my GL350 2012. Can you help to find the connector.

Carbon build up. It's all caused by the egr. Clean the the egr or replace.

enjoying your channel. im watching all your videos and sam crac from the very first one. I restored an e class a few years ago. did a diy myself. still have some pics of the journey. was very satisfying once completed. would love to keep an open communication as i love Mercedes cars and always looking for a good diy for a future project.

Does this system exist in older models like 1998?

Did this mod on my OM642… Running fine again, but DPF is regenerating now every 250km… Before the swirl flap motor went bad and did the resistor mod I reached up to 1000km before regeneration.

Where is the list of fault codes you stated are common prior to the penny fix you would list in comments?
