Bro I dont mean to be rude but it seems more like ur problem. Back in China we pay 1000 bucks to get way better quality and original designed headers for E55. And if you don’t wanna go through all the importing procedures, you can always pay a bit more not to get the cheapest stuff on the market.
Do I have to tune car if I ad headers to camaro ss .OR can I run stock tune.wil it damage engine.
No reason to dislike cheap China made stuff , we all love taiwan made gear even tho its now becoming less cheap , the two countries are the SAME peoples like canada , america and Aussie ) oi , oi , oi ! ) But less moniesssss!!!!!! Only thing you get with cheap exhausts is rubbish stainless and believe me , as. aTIG welder in AUS , we get Taiwan JUNK for piping and even food grade staino nowadays ( used to be all SWEDISH!!!!!!!) and it is junk , Taiwan is worse than China in quality , m a y b e …….
@legitstreetcars or anyone else – How can you reduce the risk of breaking the studs off in the engine or having the studs come out as happened in this video? Would it be a good idea to get some heat in the engine earlier in the day (drive it earlier) and still work on the car when it is somewhat warm (not too warm obviously as you don't want to burn yourself). What about using a blow torch to heat up the nuts?

Damn Is your Frame Bent where the previous owner did some “Modifications” to make the other headers fit? To the left of that area the frame looks Smashed in
So you said the long tube headers make the Engine make less boost… right? Ok. Less boost means less power… correct? So how do they make an extra 50hp? Seems like you would be losing Power ?
