Thank you
You are the best dude but don’t let the dealers industry see these great videos that you always wisely do thanks you are a genius they will loose a lot of money and costumes 👍😂😂😂
The word NOW is such a powerful word, tunes me right back it
As an electronics repair tech, rubbing alcohol can work well too. Just be aware that for some of the larger chips, especially if they’re BGA (ball grid array) they may still have corrosion and short circuits under them and still cause issues. I know Samcrac featured a BMW mechanic that knew how to perform board work on some of these cars.
honestly. I'd quote you the same thing. Cause the truth is 99% of the customers would balk at the 15-20hours of time it takes to properly do this. Also go this route your married to the car till the end of time cause customer wil be a complete asshats if anything ever goes wrong. They don't quote these things to condemn the car. they quote them cause they want no come backs with free diag for shit that should be replaced properly. Specially on connectors so thin that there's tsbs saying you can only remove them so many times before they have to be replaced. because gaps become to big causing issues. but don't worry. corrosion doesn't increase gaps or cause intermittent issues due to electrical fretting. GJ
Am i the only one who restarted the intro 5 times
A little elbow grease and you got it done for 1% of the dealer quote, well done Alex!

Pro tip, make sure to wipe off the solder joint with a damp cloth to make sure you neutralize the acid from the flux in the solder or it will look like the green you started with in short time.
