We found this 1997 Talent TSI on accident fate if you will, and so far we've gotten really lucky. Yeah we did. We stumbled upon this forgotten 1997 Eagle Talent TSI When we went to go look at an old Acura Peter wanted to flip, the Talon wasn't officially for sale, but somehow some way we managed to walk out with the Talon and the Acura as a package deal for only ten thousand dollars. The TSI hadn't run in eight years and we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, But after getting it back to the shop, we quickly discovered new spark plugs and fresh engine oil, indicating the previous owner had at least tried to breathe some life into this car, but was unsuccessful.

After digging a little further, we found the Smoking Gun that had prevented this car from running the car. sat with E85 and E85 fuel doesn't like to sit around at all. The fuel had turned into a gooey mess and in the fuel line lines that had turned to rock, preventing any fuel flow at all. After Peter and I performed the necessary surgery required to resurrect the fuel system, the engine still wouldn't start.

We found a faulty MSD box, made a few wiring repairs stay massive, self-induced fuel leak, and finally the engine fired up. Now it had a super loud belts wheel and we fixed that too. But after that Peter and I emerged Victorious and the Talent started and ran well, but we unfortunately heard a brutal noise from underneath the car and it could be coming from the transmission or the clutch we're dying to go for our first drive, but before the Talon's 20 year old rubber hits the ground for a hopefully uneventful maiden voyage, we need to get back to work, diagnose our issue and who knows what else we run into. All right.

So we heard the rattle from underneath the car. So I'm gonna be underneath looking around and Peter's gonna fire it up. Will this thing start without pushing the clutch in? Yes, it will. Okay.

Go for it. Peter She needs a little love. All right. So right now everything sounds totally normal.

It's also normal for the wheels to spin and neutral with no load, but everything is fine right now except when Peter pushes in the clutch. Yeah, yeah. so with the clutch pedal down, we get that let go. Peter There we go.

That is brutal. It definitely sounds like it is coming from our transmission and luckily we can take a pretty decent look inside. Um, but yeah, I'm just gonna poke around a little bit while he does that. Peter Go ahead and do it again.

That is definitely coming from inside. That does not sound good at all. You want to see if you could just jump right out so we don't waste any time of trying to diagnose so you could. Probably that's not that far.

Cut first. Yeah, yeah, just Dive Right Down All right. so we definitely know this is either a transmission issue or more than likely a clutch issue. So let's figure out what kind of clutch we have.

We can see some writing there. All right Here we go: Quartermaster that is a clutch brand made in the USA This is a nice one. Oh, look at that. Peter Oh, there's some Rust Well, there's some Rust but look what we got.
we got twin. A twin disc. All right. All right.

Cool. I Mean to be expected on a car at this level. Wow. we got a twin disc.

Okay, so we have a twin disc clutch and this is a pretty fresh build. We think could that be chatter like a break-in period? Chatter? If it? Yeah, if it's brand new, yeah, it very well could be. There's probably less than 500 miles on this, right? I Don't know I don't know I Think it was just built and then put away. We are going to be getting the receipts here shortly.

Uh, there's a big stack of receipts. We'll be able to kind of see the dates on there and maybe some mileage. but this could be break-in chatter. although it does sound a little heavier than that.

What if the throw out bearing was pushing on the teeth too far? Well, it is a dual disc clutch, so generally the the throw on Dual disc clutches is shorter than single. so it could be that it's over overextending and hitting the clutch discs. maybe. Let's see if we can adjust the pedal.

Oh yeah. okay, yeah, so at this point we know exactly what we have to do and it's going to require. Unfortunately, one of us to contort our bodies to fit into this little area. here.

do the DSM Yoga Yeah! Peter You down? how's your back feeling today? Not as limber as it should be, so luckily The Talent does have an adjustable rod for the master cylinder and what we need to do is make this shorter which will decrease the volume of hydraulic fluid in turn, decreasing the throw or travel of the throwout bearing. So we have the lock nut loose and Peter is just turning the shaft now to make it shorter. How's it going in here? Peter It's terrible I Think it can smell some mice? I'll make the second adjustment. How about that by adjusting that? Rod We've reduced the volume going from the master cylinder attached to the firewall to this slave cylinder here, which is hopefully going to reduce our throw here of the fork that's connected to the throw out bearing.

So go ahead. Peter Push it down All right. So this is what happens. The fork moves and we've now moved the teeth and hang on.

I Can do you one better all right. So with the borescope we can see this all in action. Here is our fork and then if we go in closer we can see the throw up bearing and the little fingers there. Go ahead.

Peter push it down so you saw the throwout bearing push forward so that would be releasing the clutch and what can happen is these fingers could be pushed too far and hit one of the discs and that would cause a grinding noise. That is a possibility. so we've adjusted that out. So uh, let's let's fire it up.

So far, so good. Go ahead. Peter Okay, okay, that's still making the noise That didn't do it all right. So we just got off the phone with Quartermaster and they're local.
They're like 30 minutes from us so they said they might be able to help us out, but we have to get this car back on the road. We could potentially bring it to them. Uh, and they said they could pretty much figure out what the noise is right away. There is a possibility that it just needs to be broken in properly or we need to take the transmission.

Yeah, or they said we need to take transmission out. But anyway, right now we got to concentrate on getting this car Road worthy and uh, we got to start with this from the last video. that's that's a little dangly. I'm gonna trim down the hose and install a second fuel filter and these are pretty cheap, so I'm going to replace these periodically until we know for sure that we got all the nastiness out of the fuel tank.

Uh, so for that I Got to cut up some hose and check out how good my new husk knife Cuts Right through this fuel hose. Oh damn, this thing is awesome! If you're looking for an extremely sharp knife with the perfect grip, look no further. The husk knife is razor sharp due to its stainless steel blade having a 38 degree Edge and it's oak wood grip offers you full control and maximum comfort. You can get 70 off the husk Japanese inspired knives by clicking my link below and these make a great gift because of their versatility.

These are excellent to take just about anywhere, including on camping trips, and they're amazing in the kitchen cutting through vegetables and meat with ease. And the best part is there's a 30-day money-back guarantee on the husk knife so you can try it out risk free and get 70 off for a limited time by clicking on my link down below. So don't delay. pick one of these bad boys up and with that, let's continue on fixing the old Talon Not not stabbing it all right guys.

We we have our Motorcraft filter I Think it's from the lightning actually an extra filter band for the lightning and we're using that on this DSM So I've already made the necessary fuel line Cuts So let's take this guy off and we'll kind of Tuck this in there and this is just temporary so we have some extra filtration and then we also have to make a repair to that stainless hose because it broke. All right. Good, That's done all right. So this is a saddle fuel tank so we have another side of the tank that we should probably get the fuel out of.

All right, let's see. we got here. Okay, there we go. Yeah, this side's pretty full too and this has the sender unit and all looks pretty good though.

So in the first video we actually just had the fuel sending unit sitting like this. And what causes the fuel to siphon from one side of the tank to the other is this hose that's connected there. but it requires a pressure differential. So by us, lifting up the sending unit like this open to Atmosphere we equalize the pressure that way.
It ensured that it didn't suck any of this nasty old fuel from this side of the tank. So we are good to go. This is all just the old fuel that we now need to get rid of. Peter What are you thinking right now I'm going to drink a lot of E85 Okay, all right, we're gonna.

We're gonna make our own little siphon. So we've raised the Talon up in the air and Peter yeah, oh not even my mouth. Really good dude. Good job man.

Now we can drain it all out and uh yeah, it shouldn't take too long. it's going pretty quick. Look at that, all right. So after 10 minutes, this is how much we got out of that side of the tank and this is the other side of the tank.

We transferred it into there and it is full. So that's five gallons. Uh, this is probably about six gallons or so and this stuff is nasty now. E85 is a great fuel, especially for a boosted engine.

It's very high octane and affordable, but I'm still clean too. Yeah, it does. it does. The engines look really nice when they run this, but one of the downfalls is that it goes bad quickly.

It absorbs moisture. now. this tank was totally full, which means that it was quite sealed and in a lot of cases the E85 won't even light off. It won't fire an engine because it's absorbed so much moisture, but ours still smells like it has something left in it.

Peter There's only one way to find out. We found a lighter inside of the Talon. Let's see. Okay, yeah, this is still playing.

yeah and it's got it. It's got a nice heat to it. I Gotta say, it's saving money on your gas bill. You're right.

It is actually pretty cold in the shop because we can't run the heater or it's too loud for filming so this might be a good alternative. We have like 12 gallons of it. Oh it's so quiet. You're right.

and look at, there's no smoke, it's it's environmentally friendly and it's gone bye-bye Look how well these held up to. Flame If you guys haven't picked up your very own car banner I Highly recommend it. These are not paper cheap posters. You can get these dirty and wipe them down.

They're vinyl and we have them for the lightning. E55 and Trans Am and more to come. All right. So with this side empty, I'm going to pour some heat directly into the fuel tank and this will absorb all the moisture in the tank.

There we go. It's kind of like pouring the oil directly into the valves and the camshafts. There's just something satisfying about it, you know. But anyway, with that, we have a really nice looking sending unit here, so we're just going to go ahead and reinstall this all right.

So this one's all sealed up. Peter's putting the final screws over in on that side and we're getting pretty close. We know that we have fresh spark plugs. Uh, the oil looks brand new and right now I Want to take a look at what we have going on for coolant and this is pretty cool.
This cap is a gauge as well. Pressure gauge. Very nice. Um, yeah.

I Don't see really anything in here? Oh no, there's a little, there's a little, she's low. Let's top it up there. You go there. the little tailing just a wee bit.

Okay, all right, that didn't happen. Yeah, we're fine. all right guys. We just got some receipts and by some I mean maybe half the guy is looking for the rest.

Which one's this? This is the fried MSD system. Ah, we don't need that anymore. Look at this. We got an old Haynes manual.

That is cool. Remember that was the only way you can figure out how to fix your car were these old books. This was the Internet. That was the internet.

This was the internet. and YouTube and you had to like it. Yeah, you couldn't leave a comment. All right.

So we split this up into two piles. Peter and I are gonna go through some of these right now. This is pretty much just going to be geek out Fest here. Peter I Got the turbo.

Oh yeah, it's like a 1300 turbo back in 2006. Oh, it's a forced yeah. Forced Performance Nice. Oh, it's a six bolt engine.

Look, here's a six bolt engine core. 425 bucks? cool. I Get a thousand bucks worth of tires? Nice. Oh, a sheer header.

Okay, how much? 850 bucks? Wow. and then that's without. Probably without the ceramic coating. Yeah, wow.

nice. Oh uh. Shipping on the front Quake Just the shipping was three hundred dollars. What? Where did this come from? I Have no idea so that so that's a limited slip.

uh differential. Let's see. I have like 400 in fuel lines. Here we go: Arp head studs, kemetic head gaskets dual Springs Manly retainers oh wait a minute act flywheel and an ACT clutch kit back in 2004 so this had a different clutch in O4.

Oh so we got find the receipts for hopefully for that dual collection. see when that was I'm assuming after that. Oh Parts Yeah here it is right here. Parts Twin Disc Eleven hundred dollars just for the parts? Damn.

Wow. And what? what year? Oh six? Yeah, so that was done. Okay, cool. So they swapped out the clutch.

Wait hold on, there's another. Parts Autonic ECU is seventeen hundred dollars. Does this have some kind of crazy? ECU I Thought it was just a stock one so it looks stuck. Yeah.

Electronic. I don't even know what Notronic is. Yeah. I've never heard of that.

Here's another dual valve spring kit catch can all sorts of stuff for like 500. All right I got a 900 Kaz limited slip. Diff nice. Maybe that's the back one? Yeah yeah.

wow. Intercooler, piping and stuff for like 550 bucks. front bumper cover 105 dollars like a stock one. Wow, that's that's pretty good.

I'll take that I Want to live back in the 90s? Yeah, sorry too early 2000s I'm skipping through like a bunch of like two to four hundred dollar ones. There's a lot of money in this car. Yeah. I have a three thousand dollar bill on this one.
It doesn't really say much, but labor? maybe? Yeah, two. Here's there's more tuning for 500 of tuning on the autonic. I Got Fedenza cam gear is 200 bucks I got Am wideband oil pressure gauge HKS EVC I think that's the uh controller of the Boost controller. That's kind of cool.

Here's the tile blow-off valve. 200 bucks. Everything was so much cheaper back then. Oh my gosh, all this stuff is double the cost right now.

Yeah, so it's not just the the inflation, the money's different. but what the actual money actually buys is different. Yeah, here's a fuel pressure regulator. 160 bucks.

Got some kind of warranty? Megan Racing Megan Megan Megan Megan Pick your poison I'm saying Megan that's some AMS tuning Straight line performance disassembled six bolt bottom end bore engine. all sorts of Machining work back in 07. So after the second clutch went in, the engine was ripped apart. Oh yeah, this one this one's O7 um vehicle came in running rough and burning oil.

Customer: States Transmission is grinding in third gear, drain plug loose on transmission. Oh that's April of 07. this is August of 07. so it was diagnosed there and then rebuilt at straight line I Guess Wow! this guy has put a lot of money into this car.

This has been through at least two engines. Yeah, probably the first one was seven. A seven bolt stuff. Oh, which makes sense.

The first clutch was a seven bolt clutch. the second clutch had to get a different one. Okay, this is all coming together. we're we're basically.

Indiana Jones Oh yeah, I was thinking I wish Indiana Jones I wish there were two like guys in Indiana Jones Well, there kind of is. Well I want to be Sean Connery there's a little Asian kid in the second one. That's right. that's my favorite one.

Yeah, all right. I'll be Sean Connery So we've left Indiana Jones completely out of the equation. All right. this is out of control, all right guys.

So just adding all of this up I mean we have like I think about nine thousand dollars into one of the engines and then I'm assuming the Six Volt was built just just as much. We're missing about half the receipt. so we don't have the receipts on the built transmission, which was probably like six thousand dollars. We don't have the receipts for the carbon, which he says was 2500 of panels.

We don't have any receipts for any of the paint, none of the paint work, the whole the whole car was painted. We don't have the wheel receipts. We don't have receipts for any of this stuff. So the the fuel controller, the batteries like any of this.

Yeah, these kind of helped us figure out the mystery with the whole clutch situation. Um, and that we got to search. We got to search for an ECU Yeah, Um, but I would say I mean if you guys have ever built a car, you know how this stuff adds up and it never ends. Is he had to have put 60 Grand into it back then back then.
Do you have any cars that you've put a lot of money into? No multiple engines? Yeah no I do not. This car has just been brakes and oil changes its entire life on this one. 68 556 miles. That's when the the clutch was put in.

That's basically what it has. Now it's got like 68. it says 68 000 something. Oh so it's been so the clutch has like let's go check.

Look at this. we're only at 68 698 so it's less than 200 miles on the new. yeah less than 200 miles. Wow.

So if the clutch was bought 200 miles ago, the engine was put together later than that so that means the engine has a couple hundred miles on it too. This is insane guys. This car has like 200 miles on the entire bill and we got the paperwork to prove it. This is crazy I Love Receipts! We're gonna get even more and show them to you guys in the future.

Videos The guys kind of digging through boxes of stuff. He says he has a lot more. so yeah I think he said this was probably less than half of it. So why did he do this? I don't know I don't know.

Anyway, let's get back to work all right. So we're gonna check our rear diff fluid next and so this is the fill. If anything comes out, we know we're good on that. Oh yeah, we're good.

The level is right there. it's not coming out yet. They set it just perfectly and this stuff looks brand new like the rest of this build. I Don't believe anything has any real miles on it whatsoever.

So crazy when you see these kinds of cars where someone dumps an ungodly amount of money into them, maybe puts a few hundred miles on them and then just sells them. it's it's insane. So we get the transfer case up next. Let's see we got going on here.

Okay, nothing coming out. Oh wait, a little coming out. Yep, it's right there. It's at the perfect level.

See that? All right, we're good here. What is going on here? Our luck continues, Our luck continues, and and honestly I think we might end up getting lucky with this whole clutch situation. Basically for an early style twin disc clutch, This is just. it could be kind of normal chatter.

We got to drive it and feel it and stuff. Um, but this is just what some of these older ones sounded like. We did our due diligence and checked, uh, the travel there of the throwout bearing. We adjusted it.

It made no difference I think that's I think it's normal I don't know, this is it before. our maiden voyage is just checking the transmission and we should be good to go drive this car. I'm feeling we're gonna be good I Can already kind of see some fluid there. Oh yeah.

all right. Oh yeah, can you see it? Yep, we're good. You ready for this? I am absolutely ready Yes! I've been ready for this since I've been reading my whole life since before I knew the car existed I've been ready for this moment. Oh man, this would be so cool.
We talked to a DSM expert and we kind of told them about the car and the fuel system and everything like that and he thinks this could be like an 800 horsepower car. Like with this kind of fuel system, it has enough fuel to support that. It's got a totally built engine. This could be one of the fastest cars like on my channel.

Oh wow, yeah it's super light and all-wheel drive. Yeah, like definitely on the street. So okay, let's do it. Let's do it all right.

Struck Tower Brace is back on here. We're going for a ride with my life a quarter mile at a time. Okay, we need to get some more fuel. that's for sure.

You got the speeder. You got it. Keep it alive, keep it alive. All right.

All right. We got 50 psi and now it's now. it's nice God that sounds so bad and now it sounds so good. All right.

Give it a little little. RPM that was a two-step but not on purpose. It's just running kind of rough, but it sounded cool. 80 pounds of oil pressure pulling.

Uh 500 5 PSI vacuum four. All right. All right. a little little Rich there on the gauge.

Oh, but then again, this is the 85. we should switch this to Lambda that'd be a lot easier to uh to figure out. Yeah, all right, it's first time. it moves.

Perfect. First time in eight years. All right. don't hit my Grand National.

You got room. You got room. I Gotta say. I'm really happy with the lineup right now in the shop.

All right. Peter Stop. We got multiple Dsms all right there you go. Lightning Ta Grand National C63 What more can you ask for? Well, we got the E55 Wagon at home and the Caprice PPD is in the house.

It's just outside. All right, it's starting to run better I think but yeah, it's not blowing the oil out or all right. Tailpipe? yeah, just moving on their own power as fast as she's gone in years. Oh I Feel so cool towards over Mustang doesn't this thing eat? Mustangs Isn't that the thing? Oh, there are so many noises going on in here with no interior.

Jeez, it runs okay though, because race car. Yeah, it was a race car. Is it? Cause racing? No, No. Because race car.

Okay, well the fuel gauge reads super empty, but we put like five gallons in. so I don't know. So we have enough to go to the 85 store. The E85 store is like six miles from here.

I mean I'm down for I'm down for the adventure. Let's go. Are you down? Yeah, we might break down in the middle of nowhere I'm okay with that. Yeah, we have no tools.

No tools. Nothing. When are we ever not okay with breaking down in the middle of nowhere? At least we brought our phones this time. Yes we did.

I think it was the first drive in the Fox Body. We did not bring our phones. It was just like a weird coincidence of no bringing phones. We were just so excited we just jumped.

We just jumped in the car like it was 1986. All right. Oh I'm doing all that noise is oh my God right. I got out of it right when it started boosting.
We definitely cannot beat on this car just yet. We don't know, we don't I don't really trust that wideband sensor and we don't know how it's really running yet seems to be running okay. but I want to run a bunch of E85 through this thing? It's not terrible. Yeah it's got a brutal noise in the back, but the black sand is all like the yeah, the Optics are definitely not.

That is brutal. Oh man, it's got the danger to manifold plate on the floor. Yes, that's so good. This thing is such a fast and the furious car.

I mean the build started in like 2001 a year after the movie came out. So I mean this is what 12 year old me imagined the coolest part of being an adult? Yeah right. But this guy was old enough to just do it. He just dropped it off to multiple shops with lots of checks.

Okay um oh wait. what? Plus just went to the floor. Oh we got no clutch? Yeah oh no. uh.

the flashers. Oh right here. Flashers right here. I think they work.

Okay uh. we have no more clutch that is not good. Well let's leave it running. Yeah, you want to just is the pedal up right now? Yes it is.

but it doesn't. It doesn't do anything. No oh my God. Oh yeah.

oh you got it. Yeah. Oh God it's so sensitive. Yeah it's like an on off, uh bitter.

Let's just uh. let's go back home. Yeah, we got to go back up. We're not gonna make it to the gas station.

Well you might have to do a master. Uh, the clutch master cylinder might be going out. Oh it's a red interior I Don't know. Uh, let's see we had.

yeah. check engine light's still flashing. Dude it runs really good. like I Don't believe it's flashing like I don't I don't believe the flash.

Yeah oh now it's gone. Now it's gone. It's got a flashing check engine light. which means that it's just.

which means it's misfiring. really bad. but it feels great. It feels fine.

like that's clean we're doing. We're looking at the half hours I was out looking at AFR Speeder I'm not gonna lie, why did I just kind of want to make it back to the shop? Uh, it is starting to rain and our clutch doesn't want to work all the time. So we got to figure that out. We have windshield wipers.

Oh we do have windshield wipers work. Yeah, they're not bad. How's the old clutch? I Have to pull it off. Come on.

Come on baby. we're at a light. There we go. Oh, don't kill it.

That was stressful. This thing is a Fast and the Furious race car. So good. The loud pumps.

Yes, listen to those things purring away I Gotta say, this is the complete opposite of a legit street car. It's got super loud fuel pumps, a very loud clutch system if that's normal. It's visually pretty loud and and very bright. And uh yeah, it doesn't have heat, it doesn't have air conditioning.
It currently doesn't have a clutch that really works. Pump It Up Peter Oh wait, hold on. Oh did we just break tires? I think we did all of them. That was they were spinning.

Oh my gosh, this is probably a disgusting Gusty fast car. Oh man, we gotta fix this clutch. Yeah! the Hydraulics we got to fix the Hydraulics This fuel pump is so loud you can hear it from outside. but yeah it is brutal.

I think yeah I think all the noise we're getting. it's from this whole situation back here. it is very loud. over bumps even though we're limping this thing home.

just look at the tailpipe right now. Clean engine issues whatsoever. What a steal guys. What a steal of a deal! What do you guys think? What do you guys think of of the looks I mean we? you know we got the front bumper missing right now but I am.

but it's not my thing personally. but to some this is this is as good as it gets. I mean wow yeah you got about another foot. I'm worried that clutch is gonna pop and this thing is ramming in my grand national like I could do anything about it I'm holding it I will cars that protect my Buick Grand National the clutch thing doesn't really even sound that bad anymore.

yo. you're riding it right now. Yeah, it's not that bad like I don't know, the car's pretty loud. they're going all the way.

It sounds just like a Ducati which that's a very similar style clutch. I Think that's normal. dude. we totally don't have to take this transmission out.

We were totally prepared to pop the transmission out to inspect further. but I don't know I Shouldn't say anything just yet. We still have to make it to Quartermaster. It runs so good.

The check engine light's not flashing right now. We're good. dude. 1500 CC Injector idle.

Yeah, Maiden Voyage. That's awesome. We didn't make it far, but it runs okay. So we ordered up a new clutch, master cylinder, and slave cylinder.

We're gonna replace them both, bleed the system, and then we should have a fully functioning Talon TSI with like a bajillion horsepower. All the horsepower in the world. Uh, so in the next video, we're going to replace those parts. then we'll be able to fill this up with some more.

E85 Uh, get it up on the highway kind of work. The Kinks Out and then I mean I Really want to go wide open throttle like that is something I desire. Very very much so right now and then. hopefully it won't be raining.

We'll go to Quartermaster. We'll have them hopefully tell us that there's nothing wrong with the clutch system and just a beat on it. And yeah, the answer will be it's still in break-in period. Go have fun with your cars I Don't know, then maybe we'll see what that front bumper looks like.

Who knows? Who knows. But I Hope you guys are all there for the next video and if you enjoyed this one, make sure to give it a thumbs up. Share the video with your friends, subscribe to the channel, and most importantly, have a fantastic day. We'll see all of you in the next one.
All right, This is it. Yeah, all right. So we want to check our fluids in the differentials and Transmissions but here you want to do like selfie style and I'll just be like oh man, this would be so cool. Uh, it's Talent Can that be? Its sound right? Never mind, never mind.

Max That did not work. Thank you.

I love it, it’s a sick tuner car.

Please make sure to get a new wideband O2 sensor before going w.o.t. you can get a Bosch 17212 or a Bosch 17025 at your local O'Reilly's for $75-$125 depending on the sensor model. That is if your wideband aem gauge uses a Bosch lsu 4.9 style sensor. If not then go to aem website and look up the model number on the back of your gauge, pull up the instruction manual, and it'll state what sensor models will work. If it says a 17025 works a 17212 will work it just has a shorter pigtail.

It’s hilarious because I can’t stop smiling with this find. This video and the last one has been only smiles from the whole team and all the fans watching

I'm still super jealous. What a dream find. Not that I can afford it, but do you guys plan on selling it? I still prefer the trans Am or Grand National over it but I sure would not mind having it for sure.

QuarterMaster is about an hour from you I think easy drive once you get on I90. It is mind boggling that the owner just gave up on the car like he did. But I have no room to talk. I got a nail on a motorcycle tire and parked that bike for 20 years before I sold it and never fixed the flat. Little things can suck the air out of what you are building I guess.

I'm still telling you that if you did either a full build on a 135i n54 car (I said full build l) and an E30 the views and Subs would go big as well! People love seeing cars they could possibly get and afford built like they could possibly do and those cars are Hot right now! Love yer stuff guys rock on!
