How close to the wall is the lift?
idk if its because this was posted 5 years ago but 24k for a 30×40 garage seems darn cheap, especially with demo and concrete
I had a 50×70 red iron shop built in 2021 for 90k. Concrete, the red iron building kit, 2 12×14 sectional doors, 2 man doors and insulation.

With the lift that close to the wall do you have trouble getting tires off and working on that side?

I'm from Chicago and can vouch for the pricing it's just ridiculous, but now I live in Riverdale, GA and I have a 24'x30'x11' and Slab and Building cost Me around $11,000 and I did the electrical and insulation myself.
If you plan on making a living with the hoist, it is worth the purchase.Most of the work I do can be done with a
3 ton floor jack and heavy duty jack stands.
