For some reason I'm calling Head Gasket for when it puffs smoke. Something about 15 to 20 minutes, maybe the Head Gasket retracting faster than the Head or the block or both.

Oil drain back? Not enough drop from the turbo to the pan? With time, it drains, but on restart it hasn’t had the chance and gets sucked in?
RS6 … the problem with huge horsepower is getting it to the wheels…..the Quattro system in the Audi, to me, works best in getting all that power to the wheels with the most grip.
Could be the oil return line from the turbo not draining completley
i think its the pcv system. really common on ls engines. my brothers truck did the same thing. driver side valve cover trust me!
Possibly relief valve in the oil pan for the oil filter. It's on the inside of the oil pan.

I used to own a 99 Firebird with the 3.8 V6 (they redesigned the factory exhaust manifolds in either 00 or 01), so yeah I might not have had as many plugs to deal with but I know just how much a pain in the @$$ it is to get the plugs out.
