don't ever donate to the red cross, they never give the money to the people that it is intended for, my wife and i donated a couple hundred a piece to hatti when they had the massive earthquake there years ago and they ended up having demonstration after demonstration and eventually running the red cross out of the place because they weren't helping any of them
