I know this video is old but i have a couple of these cars and i cant find solid info on a question I have that it seems you have dealt with. I'm wanting to straight pipe my cars and do a catless downpipe and no mufflers did your car need a tune to remove the pipe and drive normal like a stock car or did it just not care at all?.
Just did a coming black death fix followed your instructions, new seals under the injectors, car is good for a other 271,000 miles , order the injectors Cleaning and hammer tools, it all worked great. Thanks jacques
Om648 2005 320cdi 2005, does have manual mode, SBC and S I think is for winter not sport😅, so practically he didn’t do much for it, should have been there from factory.

YOur motor mounts look to be going from the dyno run shots of the engine the motor has a ton of flex , yes i know that it has a ton of torque now but that motor still is moving to much
Im currently bidding on an 05 e320 cdi at a local auction. Fantastic condition and only 155k miles. These videos are giving be bad ideas lol
there is definitely more in it with bigger turbo and more fuel, dynoed my 5cyl cdi at 338whp at 2,4bar or 34psi of boost. the stock 320cdi trans can handle 500whp depending on the setup
